Bill Luther Realty, Inc. is a full service real estate company that specializes in Property Management, Vacation Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. We offer comprehensive service to our owners and strive to make their investments a financial success.
The property management department consists of a property manager, assistant property manager, comptroller, bookkeeper and receptionist.
Deena, our senior property manager has been with the company for over 10 years and holds a California Real Estate License. Deena has extensive knowledge in property management laws and practices.
Barbara, the comptroller has over 13 years of experience in the accounting field. She oversees that all the accounting is accurate. Her overall knowledge of accounting practices makes her a valuable asset to our company.
Terri, our bookkeeper maintains our financial reports. She ensures all rent checks are processed and invoices are paid within a timely manner. Accounts payable and receivable include but are not limited to utilities, maintenance invoices, taxes, mortgages and the ever important owner distributions.
We manage properties throughout San Diego County. We believe it is important to be close to the properties that we manage, which enables us to visit them frequently and respond accurately to maintenance requests. We are conveniently located in the heart of Mission Beach, which allows us to be easily accessible to our owners and tenants. We provide face to face contact, which is crucial in Property Management. We manage a wide variety of properties including single family homes, condominium units, town homes, and multi-family properties.
